What we need:
1 package of "seafood medley" found in the freezer section of your local grocery (thawed)
1 package of krab
2 packs of egg drop soup mix (plus the water and eggs the mix call for)
Garlic toast for dunking
Saute the seafood for a few minutes to bring everything up to a nice cozy temperature and then set aside.
Bring the soup mix and water up to a simmer.
Stir 2 beaten eggs in slooooooowly.
Add the seafood back to the pot and then serve with toast and a glass of wine.
Simple, delicious and oh so satisfying.
Or just sit on the kitchen stool and play with the dog while your wonderful bestie and hostess makes the above soup.
Love to all,

Yummy! Making egg drop soup is fun; I love watching the little swirls of egg chase each other 'round the pot. Also, I like that you spelled krab with a "k." It's kute :)
