I woke up with one thing on my mind today: broccoli!
Last night I had a simple dinner of grilled chicken and broccoli and this morning the little bit of leftover broccoli was was just calling my name from the dark recesses of my refrigerator.
Plate o' Yum: One scrambled egg, plus egg whites loaded with broccoli and a side of toast with butter? Now that is what I call

I LOVE eggs and I have been craving them ALL day, and now it's 11:37pm and I was just reminded of said craving. I think I know what I'm having for breakfast tomorrow.
Eggs make for a great post-run meal- throwing them on toast satisfies the protein AND carb cravings you'll become oh so familiar with! And I love making brinner!
